当前,提升青少年心理健康教育工作的科学性、实效性成为多个政府部门关注和推进的工作重点.澳大利亚"成为你"和美国"青年健康发展蓝图"两大心理健康网络学习社区以其审核的严格性、评估的科学性、流程的严谨性、资源的广泛性等特点,满足了其本国中小学校和心理健康工作者学习的需求.我国可借鉴其经验,加强心理健康网络学习社区的构建,借助专业团队的力量,采用循证研究的模式,提供多样化的资金支持,打造具有本土特色的高水平的心理健康学习社区.
Research on the Path of Building a Network Learning Community for Adolescent Mental Health——Based on Practical Experience From two Major Learning Communities
Currently,improving the scientificity and effectiveness of mental health education for adolescents has become an important task that multiple government departments are paying attention to and promoting.The two major mental health online learning communities,"Becoming You"and"Blueprint",meet the learning needs of primary and secondary schools and mental health workers in their country with their strict review,scientific evaluation,rigorous processes,and extensive resources.In the future,China should strengthen the construction of online learning communities for mental health,leverage the power of professional teams,adopt evidence-based research models,provide diversified financial support,and create high-level mental health learning communities with local characteristics.
