Research on the "Three-Skills Integration" On-Site Engineer Education Model in Higher Vocational Colleges
The study of the on-site engineer talent training model in higher vocational colleges is an important measure to promote the upgrading of industrial structure, integration of industry and education, and to enhance the strategic capability of vocational education to serve national strategies. It accelerates the training of a large number of high-quality on-site engineers. In response to the insufficient talent supply matching the industrial transformation and upgrading, the issues of school teachers'inability to engage in practical industry environments, the difficulty of industry experts in participating in educational settings, and the overall low quality of talent training,the"Three-Skills Integration"on-site engineer education model is proposed. This model integrates technology development, technical service, and skill inheritance into the entire talent training process. It adopts the"Three-Skills Integration"analytical method for a systematic and comprehensive analysis of on-site engineer training, constructing a system of factors that affect talent development. This research holds significant practical value for comprehensively strengthening and improving the on-site engineer education work in higher vocational colleges.
