工型磁罐松耦合变压器设计与优化

为了解决非接触变压器原副边完全分离产生气隙造成耦合系数下降、传输效率低的问题,通过添加磁流变液介质,并改进工型磁罐松耦合变压器结构,以此提高电能传输效率.通过仿真验证,得出结论:在气隙处添加磁流变液可以有效提高松耦合变压器的耦合系数和传输效率.
Design and optimization of Ⅰ-type magnetic tank loosely coupled transformer
To address the issue of reduced coupling coefficient and low transmission efficiency caused by the complete separation of the primary and secondary sides of a non-contact transformer due to the air gap,a magnetic flux-variable fluid medium is added.The loose-coupling transformer structure is improved,en-hancing the electrical energy transmission efficiency.Simulation verification concludes that adding a mag-netic flux-variable fluid at the air gap can effectively increase the coupling coefficient and transmission effi-ciency of the loosely coupling transformer.
