Spectral measurement of the fast and slow axis direction and refractive index of mica crystals
According to the principle of polarization interference, continuous wavelength scanning is performed in the visible light band to obtain two polarization light transmittance curves of the fast and slow axis of mica, which are judged by the relative positions of the two curves. The direction of the fast and slow axis of mica, and the refractive index no and ne of the mica waveplate are calculated from the transmittance curve, and the refractive index in the entire visible light range is obtained.Compared with the refractive index value of mica in the optical manual, the error is less than 5%.
