Contact Characteristics and Thermal Generation Analysis of Angular Contact Ball Bearings Influenced by Structural Parameters
Aiming at predicting thermal generation of spindle bearings under different working conditions,a method based on bearing quasi-static model and local method thermal generation model for predicting thermal generation of angular contact ball bearing considering the influence of structural parameters was proposed.According to Jones raceway control theory,the method of solving bearing contact angle and contact load parameters was determined.Newton-Raphson iterative algorithm was adopted to calculate the contact parameters and thermal generation of angular contact ball bearing under the influence of variable external load,variable speed and variable structural parameters.The simulation prediction results show that the structural parameters have significant effects on bearing contact parameters and thermal generation.The influence rule based on structural parameters provides reference for bearing design optimization and thermal optimization under complex working conditions.
