Design of Automatic Pressing Machine for Six-Station Fuse Tube
Aiming at the problems of low efficiency,high labor cost and unstable quality of traditional fuse tube pressing,an automatic pressing equipment integrating clamping,pressing,drilling and pressing pins was put forward based on the study of the traditional fuse tube pressing process.The revolving platform of realizing station conversion was designed,6 stations were distributed on the workbench,and each station was separated by 60°.The mechanical structure was established by using SolidWorks software,and the stress analysis of the core stress component of the key mechanism hydraulic cylinder base was carried out.The finite element strength of hydraulic cylinder base was checked by ANSYS Workbench.The calculation and selection of cylinder of the press pin mechanism were completed.Finally,the PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)control system and human-machine interface was designed,and the automatic operation of the equipment and condition monitoring of the running state of each station were realized.The results indicate that the equipment can work steadily,the production efficiency of fuse tube pressing is increased by 100%,and the number of workers is reduced by 67%,which meets the needs of enterprise automation production.
