为了改善目前血泵用电机存在的稳定性差、效率低等问题,课题组设计了一种电枢直径为4.8 mm,转速为35 000 r/min的血泵用空心杯微电机.结构上采用空心杯结构,以避免齿槽效应、减小涡流效应;基于ANSYS Maxwell有限元分析软件,采用RMxprt模块对空心杯电机进行了结构设计和性能分析,采用Maxwell3D模块建立了空心杯电机的三维有限元仿真模型,在此基础上通过静态磁场、空载和额定负载下的仿真,获得了空心杯电机工作状态下的电磁数据,并对该空心杯电机的电磁设计性能进行了分析.结果表明:实验所设计血泵用空心杯电机结构设计合理,电磁性能良好,空心杯电机效率约为79%.该研究为血泵用空心杯电机的设计与优化提供了参考.
Design of Coreless Motor for Artificial Blood Pump
In order to solve the existing problems of poor stability and low efficiency of blood pump motors,a coreless micromotor for blood pump with diameter of 4.8 mm and rotation speed of 35 000 r/min was designed.The coreless motor was adopted in the structure to avoid the cogging effect and reduce the eddy current effect.Based on ANSYS Maxwell finite element analysis software,the structural design and performance analysis of coreless motor were carried out by RMxprt module,and the three-dimensional finite element simulation model of coreless motor was established by Maxwell3D module.On this basis,the electromagnetic data of the coreless motor in working state were obtained through the simulation under static magnetic field,no-load and rated load,and the electromagnetic design performance of the coreless motor was analyzed.The results show that the designed coreless motor for blood pump has reasonable design and good electromagnetic performance,and the efficiency of coreless motor is about 79%.This study provides a reference for the design and optimization of coreless motor for blood pump.
