基于双层胶合模型的蜂窝纸板分切仿真

为探究不同分切路径对分切力和分切质量的影响,课题组以蜂窝纸板的直刀分切工艺为研究对象开展仿真研究.首先,分析了胶层对分切形貌和分切力的影响;其次,运用双层胶合建模方法建立了蜂窝纸板的结构仿真模型,探究了不同分切路径下分切形貌产生的原因,并对X和Y方向的分切力进行了对比分析;最后,提取分析了各个路径分切过程的最大应力,得到了较理想的分切路径.分析结果表明:胶层能够改善蜂窝纸板的分切质量,减小分切力的变化;不同的分切路径呈现出不同的分切形貌,其中分切路径3 的X和Y方向的分切力较小,蜂窝纸板和蜂窝芯壁断口处分切形貌的缺陷较少,且分切过程应力变化较小,为较理想的分切路径.
Honeycomb Board Based on Double-Layer Gluing Model Slitting Simulation
To explore the influence of different cutting paths on cutting force and slitting quality,the simulation study on the straight knife slitting process of honeycomb board as the research object was carried out.Firstly,the influence of the gluelayer on the slitting profile and cutting force was analysed;secondly,a structural simulation model of honeycomb board was established using the double-layer gluing modelling method to investigate the causes of the slitting profile under different slitting paths,and the cutting forces in X and Y directions were compared;finally,the maximum stresses in the slitting process of each path were extracted,and a more ideal slitting path was obtained.The results of the analysis show that the gluelayer can improve the slitting quality of honeycomb board,and reduce the change in cutting force;different slitting paths show different slitting profiles,among which the slitting path 3 has less cutting force in the X and Y directions,less defects in the slitting profile of honeycomb board and honeycomb core wall fracture,and the stress change in the slitting process is smaller,which is a more ideal slitting path.
