为了提高包装粮码垛的自动化程度及节约成本,笔者设计了一款基于PLC控制的包装粮码垛系统.该装置采用机械手与天轨系统相结合的方法,使用齿轮齿条进行传动,采用仿真分析与公式计算对天轨横梁进行强度校核;控制系统采用PLC与制造执行系统(manufacturing execution system,MES)控制相结合的方法,采用Socket通信协议,运用了模块化的编程原理.结果表明:该套系统可以实现全程无人化自动运行,验证了系统的可行性.该套系统在食品包装领域具有一定的实用性和推广性.
Design of Packaging Grain Palletizing System Based on PLC Control
In order to improve the automation of packaging grain palletizing and save costs,a packaging grain palletizing system based on PLC control was designed.The device adopted a combination of a manipulator and a overhead rail system,using gear and rack for transmission.Simulation analysis and formula calculation were used to verify the strength of the overhead rail beam.The control system adopted the method of combining PLC and manufacturing execution system(MES)control.The Socket communication protocol was adopted,and the modular programming principle was used.The results show that the system can realize unmanned automatic operation,which further verifies the feasibility of the system.This system has some practicability and popularization in the field of food packaging.
