Simulation Study of Centrifugal Feeding Tray Device
In order to improve the feeding efficiency of the push-rod device of the pre-filled syringe,the simulation analysis was carried out based on the JKR model of EDEM software.With the push-rod as the research object and the discharge number in specified time period as the evaluation index,the influences of the inner tray rotation speed,the outer tray rotation speed,the tilt angle of the inner rotation tray,the angle of the cone trayand the outer rotation radius on the discharge efficiency of the push-rod were investigated.Firstly,single factor analysis was carried out to determine the influence of each single factor and screen out the four factors that with greater influence.Then the orthogonal design of four factors and three levels was carried out to determine the optimal parameter combination and the order of the influence degree of each factor on the discharge efficiency.The discharge stability was studied and the best feeding method was obtained.Finally,the experimental validation was carried out.The results show that the maximum error of simulation and test is 9.6%,which indicates that the simulation analysis of the model is reliable.Under the condition of the best parameter combination,the discharge efficiency is improved by 29.8%compared with the original data.
