Research on Road Vibration Energy Harvesting System Based on Piezoelectric Effect
Aiming at the low recovery rate of vehicle vibration energy,in order to explore the technology of road vibration energy harvesting,the energy harvesting system of road vibration based on piezoelectric effect was studied..The simulation system of energy harvesting was designed and built,and the testing was conducted accordingly.Firstly,the piezoelectric transducer was designed based on the PZT-5H series piezoelectric ceramics,and the vibration mode and support method which affect the energy conversion efficiency of piezoelectric transducer were analyzed and designed.Then,the rectifier circuit,voltage regulator circuit and energy storage circuit were analyzed,and the peripheral circuit was designed based on the integrated chip LTC3588-1.The 3.3 V output voltage was selected through pins and the output energy was stored in a supercapacitor.Finally,the road vibration energy harvesting simulation system was built using an exciter and tested the piezoelectric transducer.The feasibility of the energy harvesting system was verified through the simulated load circuit of LED light.The results of vibration exciter loading test show that the energy conversion efficiency of the energy harvesting system is about 0.5%.
