摘要

电梯包覆带作为一种新型曳引装置,在提升过程中会承受拉伸、冲击及振动等多种载荷.为了探究包覆带应力应变状态对电梯安全性能的影响,课题组建立了包覆带侧丝轴向拉伸应变的理论应变模型,对电梯包覆带曳引传动力学特性开展仿真分析;通过ABAQUS软件进行了有限元仿真来验证所提出的理论应变模型的正确性.研究结果表明:承载体钢丝绳侧丝的缠绕角变化是影响包覆带安全工作的重要因素;包覆带内部张力分布不均匀,其应力大小随着空间位置发生变化;包覆带的应力主要分布在内部钢丝绳上,发生应变的部位主要是内部钢丝绳的侧丝,包覆层随着钢丝绳侧丝的扭转而出现微小位移.

Abstract

The elevator coated belt,as a new kind of traction device,will bear various loads such as tensile,impact and vibration in the process of lifting.In order to explore the influence of the stress-strain state of the elevator coated belt on elevator safety performance,a theoretical strain model of the axial tensile strain of the side wire of the coated belt was proposed.The mechanical property of elevator coated belt traction driving was simulated and analyzed.The finite element simulation was carried out by ABAQUS software to verify the correctness of the theoretical strain model.The results show that the change of the winding angle of the side wire of the steel wire rope is an important factor affecting the safe operation.The internal tension distribution of the covering belt is not uniform,and the stress value varies with the spatial position.The main stress of the coated belt is mainly distributed on the inner wire rope,and the strain occurs on the side wire of the inner wire rope.Meanwhile,the coating layer has a slight displacement with the torsion of the side wire of the wire rope.
