In order to reduce the production cost of Baijiu and optimize the packaging efficiency,a continuous production process for framed carton packaging according to the"5Why method"was proposed.With the help of existing automation equipment in the market,the entire process of box making and bottle packaging was continuously completed according to the production takt;combined with the modular design method,the continuous production process of framed carton packaging was divided into paper carton forming module,carton assembly module,cartoning module and packaging module,each module independently realized different functions.Combined with the takt,the key elements such as the number of operators and equipments of the continuous production line were configured.The FlerSim simulation software showed that the production speed of the production line reaches 3 891 pieces/h,and the payback period of the continuous production line is 0.83 years,and the production cost decrease by 29.40% compared to the traditional carton production line.The production process can reduce the cost and increase efficiency,and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
