700 MPa超高压容器缠绕设计

为提高承受700 MPa压力的超高压容器在使用过程中的安全性能,笔者设计了一种碳纤维缠绕的超高压容器结构,采用有限元法与等效温度法,对碳纤维逐层缠绕在钢筒上的情况进行模拟,并对密封最佳位置进行了分析.研究结果表明:所设计的超高压容器能够满足要求,法兰对钢筒应变具有较大影响.笔者进行的缠绕设计与密封位置分析为超高压设备的密封提供了一种参考方法.
700 MPa Ultra-High Pressure Container Winding Design
In order to improve the safety performance of ultrahigh pressure vessel under 700 MPa pressure,the author designed a kind of ultra-high pressure container structure with carbon fiber winding.The finite element method and equivalent temperature method were used to simulate the situation of carbon fiber winding on the steel cylinder layer by layer,and the best sealing position was analyzed.The results show that the designed ultra-high pressure vessel can meet the requirements,and the flange has a great influence on the strain change of the steel cylinder.The winding design and sealing position analysiscarried out by the author provide a referencemethod for the sealing research of ultrahigh pressure equipment.
