Effect of Different Rolling Quantity on Properties of Copper-Steel Bimetallic Sheet
In order to explore the influence of rolling quantity on the properties of copper-steel bimetallic sheet during rolling, the research group carried out experimental research. Two groups of copper and steel bimetallic plate rolling tests with rolling quantity of 0.05 mm and 0.10 mm were set up.Metallographic observation, scanning electron microscopy,Brinell hardness(HBW)and friction and wear tests were carried out respectively. The results show that when the rolling amount is 0.05 mm,the hardness of the plate is low,and there are more pore defects inside. But when the rolling amount is 0.10 mm,the Brinell hardness(HBW)of the plate increasing by 5 and the internal pore defects is obviously improved and the wear resistance is also improved to a certain extent.
