Aiming at the prominent UV instability problem of TiO2/perovskite interface in classical n-i-p structure perovskite solar cells, the research status of one-step solution method preparation of passivation films is analyzed, and the paper points out that passivation films prepared by one-step solution method are generally too thin and exposed. Finally,a research strategy of comprehensively passivating TiO2 with a cheap and all-ultraviolet spectrally effective inorganic salt barrier CsBr is proposed. That is,an extremely thin and fully covered CsBr film is prepared through an ultra-fast crystallization process, forming a micro-scale inorganic salt film microstructure control method. In addition,a strategy of using slow positron annihilation technology to locate and monitor the service and degradation process of passivated perovskite is proposed. These have dual theoretical and practical guiding value for achieving ultraviolet stabilization of the TiO2/perovskite interface.
