Subdomain analytical method is used to model a surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor(SPMSM),and the internal magnetic field of the motor is analytically calculated.Aiming at the problem that the traditional subdomain method cannot be directly applied to SPMSM with eccentrically clipped poles,an equal-area block processing method is proposed for permanent magnet subdomains with unequal thicknesses of eccentrically clipped poles, and each pole block is analyzed separately. The linear superposition and summation results are compared with the finite element method and experimental results. The results show that the proposed method having high calculation accuracy. In addition, different types of motors and subdomain modeling methods are integrated to establish a user interactive platform to visualize the numerical calculation process, further providing scalability for domestically produced engineering application software and assisting motor design and analysis work.
