为解决拖曳式地下矿用电动轮胎式装载机电缆收放与装载机运行同步问题,需要解决两大问题,一是设计有效的液压控制系统,保证收放电缆及时同步,不出现电缆拉断和压坏现象;二是设计合理的受电装置,确保电力传输过程受电平稳,不出现拉弧、烧结现象.分析当前拖曳式地下矿用电动轮胎式装载机电缆卷筒液压控制装置及受电装置现状及优、缺点,克服以往的缺陷,设计出新型的电缆收放液压控制装置及盘式滑环受电装置.该文简要介绍新型地下矿用电动轮胎式装载机电缆收放液压控制装置工作原理、液压系统的性能特点,以及新型盘式滑环受电装置的主要构造、工作原理及结构特点.
In order to solve the problem of synchronization between cable retraction and retraction of towed underground mining electric tire loader and loader operation,two major problems need to be solved.One is to design an effective hydraulic control system to ensure that the retraction and retraction of cables are synchronized in a timely manner without cable breakage and crushing.phenomenon;the second is to design a reasonable power receiving device to ensure smooth power reception during power transmission without arcing and sintering.This paper analyzes the current status,advantages and disadvantages of the cable drum hydraulic control device and power receiving device of towed underground mining electric tire loader,overcome the previous shortcomings,and design a new type of cable unwinding and retracting hydraulic control device and disk slip ring power receiving device.This paper briefly introduces the working principle of the new hydraulic control device for cable retraction and retraction of underground mining electric tire loader,the performance characteristics of the hydraulic system,and the main structure,working principle and structural characteristics of the new disc slip ring power receiving device.
