摘要

生产过程中,ZB48 包装机组YB618 条烟横向输送通道烟条卡烟频发,产生大量损坏条烟,对产品质量造成极大威胁,该文围绕"输送皮带跑偏"症结,对ZB48 包装机YB618 条烟横向输送通道进行优化和验证,追根溯源找到 8 个末端因素,逐一排查确认.排查后发现"去除输送通道倒角"和"增加传送过程固定装置",能有效降低ZB48 包装机YB618 条烟横向输送通道卡烟频次,提升设备效率.

Abstract

During the production process,the cigarette bars of the YB618 cigarette horizontal conveying channel of ZB48 packaging unit frequently get stuck,producing a large number of damaged cigarettes,posing a great threat to product quality.This paper focuses on the crux of"conveying belt deviation"and analyzes the ZB48 packaging machine YB618 cigarette horizontal conveying channel is optimized and verified,traced back to the source to find 8 end factors,and checked and confirmed one by one.After investigation,it was found that"removing the chamfer of the conveying channel"and"adding fixing devices for the conveying process"can effectively reduce the frequency of cigarette jams in the horizontal conveying channel of the YB618 cigarette of the ZB48 packaging machine and improve equipment efficiency.
