In recent years,the partitioned ammonia injection control technology has been widely applied in coal-fired power plants,but its reliability often depends on the accuracy of its measurement and sampling system.This article uses a numerical simulation method CFD to simulate the sampling tube of a measuring device,proposes a structural optimization scheme,and achieves uniform distribution of flow inside the sampling tube after optimization.Finally,the influence of different sampling arrangements on uniform flow sampling is analyzed.
