At present, the tobacco industry mainly studies the control technology of two-stage winnowing from the aspects of purification and false picking rate of leaf silk, but there are few reports on the impact of its key parameters on the quality of leaf silk after winnowing. On the basis of ensuring the stability of winnowing, this project studies the control technology and method of two-stage winnowing based on the impact of changes in winnowing air volume and dust removal air volume on the sensory quality and physical quality of cut tobacco. At the same time, the influence of different tobacco feed characteristics on the winnowing effect before winnowing was compared and analyzed. The research results show that the size of the winnowing air volume and the proportion of the dust removal air volume in the system have a significant impact on the sensory quality of the cut tobacco after winnowing. The cut tobacco after air-dried has higher temperature and contains a large amount of steam, which makes its flexibility and resistance to crushing are higher than that after thin-dried tobacco. Therefore, the winding rate of the cut tobacco after winnowing is higher. The research results can give full play to the contribution of two-stage winnowing equipment to product quality and provide theoretical basis and technical support for the equipment in terms of process control.
