The Henggou mine field in Wubu Kuangqu has the characteristics of deep buried coal seam, high mining height, and complex hydrogeological conditions. At the same time, the No.S1 main coal mining layer of Shanxi Formation in the early mining section of Henggou Mine Field is affected by the removal of lithology of the roof. There are generally weak water-rich water content in the roof sandstone aquifer, unstable distribution of water-resisting layers, local absence, and unclear geological problems such as karst water and Ordovician limestone water supply under the floor of S coal group. In order to prevent serious water inrush accidents from occurring during structural conduction, electromagnetic exploration was used to identify the water-rich water content of the K4 sandstone fractured aquifer in the upper part of the S1 coal seam of the Permian Shanxi Formation in the exploration area.Through geological exploration,it was found that the K4 sandstone fractured aquifer in the upper part of the S1 coal seam of the Permian Shanxi Formation in the exploration area is rich in water and the DF9 normal fault is rich in water conductivity.Research shows that the K4 sandstone fractured aquifer has few water-rich abnormal areas and is distributed scattered. It is relatively concentrated in the syncline axis and near the fault. The DF9 normal fault has rich water conductivity.
