The structural center of gravity of ultra-wide special-shaped asymmetric steel box girder is not on the center line of the spherical joint,and the eccentricity is large.Eccentric loads will have adverse effects on the stability of the swivel.The center position of the structure can be adjusted by counterweight.It is necessary to study the stress and deformation characteristics of the turntable structure under eccentric loads.Taking the swivel construction of an ultra-wide special-shaped steel box beam as an example,a three-dimensional finite element fine model of the swivel structure is established,and different eccentric loads are applied to analyze and compare the force and deformation characteristics of the upper turntable and the lower turntable.The research shows that when the swivel structure is under certain eccentric load,the force and deformation of the structure can meet the stability requirements.As the eccentricity increases,the deformation and stress levels of the turntable structure increase,and unbalanced weights should be reduced as much as possible during the construction process.
