为准确监测监控火灾火情信号,以简单化工厂区条件为背景开展合理的系统设计与研究。基于STC89C52型单片机,再利用CO、温度、烟雾等传感器、无线通信板块和报警监控板块设计一种基于单片机的化工火灾智慧监控及报警系统,具备低开发成本、稳定监控火灾各特征信号、及时报警的特点;通过温度、有毒气体和烟雾等传感模块实时监测火灾信号,将信号的特征参数按序进行A/D转换处理和算法分析,经过分析后再利用无线通信模块以实现数据的远距离传输,并借助于摄像头、蜂鸣器、液晶显示屏等仪器实现实时监控和及时报警。实验验证,系统可操作性强,能够实现实时检测化工厂区情况,并具有早期预警、及时报警、稳定远程监控等功能。
In order to accurately monitor and monitor fire signals,reasonable system design and research are carried out based on simple chemical plant conditions.Based on the STC89C52 single-chip microcomputer,and then using CO,temperature,smoke and other sensors,wireless communication board,and alarm monitoring board,a single-chip-based chemical fire intelligent monitoring and alarm system is designed.It has the characteristics of low development cost,stable monitoring of various fire characteristics,and timely alarm;Fire signals are monitored in real time through sensing modules such as temperature,toxic gases and smoke,and the characteristic parameters of the signals are subjected to A/D conversion and algorithm analysis in sequence.After analysis,the wireless communication module is used to realize long-distance transmission of data.Real-time monitoring and timely alarm are realized with the help of cameras,buzzers,liquid crystal displays and other instruments.Experimental verification shows that the system is highly operable,can detect the situation in chemical plants in real time,and has functions such as early warning,timely alarm,and stable remote monitoring.
