针对皮带传送机械中导料槽的缺点和不足,对导料槽进行结构优化设计。将导料槽原有的垂直型圆柱结构,改进为三级结构。导料槽的第一级侧壁,采取小角度倾斜的形态,完整形貌类似于锥台的侧面。导料槽的第二级侧壁,采取大角度倾斜的形态。导料槽的第三级侧壁,采取短小的垂直设计,并且和第二级传送带表面留有一定距离。第一级侧壁采用固定连接,第一级侧壁和第二级侧壁、第二级侧壁和第三级侧壁采用可旋转连接,增加物料冲击过程中的灵活性。测试结果显示,优化后的导料槽本身和第二级传送带表面,所受的冲击力都更小。
Aiming at the shortcomings and deficiencies of the guide chute in belt conveying machinery,the structure of the guide chute is optimized.The original vertical cylindrical structure of the material guide chute has been improved to a three-stage structure.The first side wall of the guide groove adopts a small angle inclined shape,and the complete shape is similar to the side surface of a frustum.The second-level side wall of the material guide groove adopts a large angle inclined shape.The third-stage sidewall of the material guide slot adopts a short vertical design and leaves a certain distance from the surface of the second-stage conveyor belt.The first level side wall is fixedly connected,and the first level side wall and the second level side wall,and the second level side wall and the third level side wall are rotatably connected to increase flexibility during the material impact process.Test results show that the optimized guide chute itself and the surface of the second-stage conveyor belt are subject to smaller impact forces.
