波纹带状电热合金折弯成型机设计

目前国内的数控折弯机存在着效率低下,适用范围小,操作性差等缺点,课题组提出根据扁带成型设备的特点,对波纹带状电热合金折弯成型机及其系统进行设计,旨在为连续折弯设备轻量化、增加使用范围、环境适应性和操作性提供可行方案。在此依据合金材料的综合力学性能,采用可替换轴销式折弯机构,通过替换大小不同的轴销增加折弯适用工艺范围,采用光电传感器,通过实时检测胚料进给状况,减少成型机构动作响应时间,提高加工效率。
At present,domestic CNC bending machines have shortcomings such as low efficiency,small scope of application,and poor operability.The research team proposed to design the corrugated strip electrothermal alloy bending machine and its system based on the characteristics of flat belt forming equipment,aiming to provide feasible solutions to reduce the weight of continuous bending equipment,increase the range of use,environmental adaptability,and operability.Thus,based on the comprehensive mechanical properties of alloy materials,a replaceable pin bending mechanism is used to increase the applicable process range of bending by replacing pins of different sizes.A photoelectric sensor is used to detect the feed status of the blank material in real time to reduce the action of the forming mechanism.Response time and improve processing efficiency.
