新能源风机干式变压器直流电阻三相失衡问题研究

风能作为一种可再生、无污染的清洁能源,在日益枯竭的化石燃料的冲击下,在人类加倍关注全球环境恶化的情况下,为解决经济社会进步、资源环境协调、风能发电等问题投入了大量资金,开发新能源和可再生能源。因为没有油,就不会产生起火、爆炸、污染等问题,损耗和噪声都降到了一个新的水平,所以风机中的一个重要设备就是干式变压器,它广泛应用于新能源风机的发电系统中。干式变压器直流电阻检查要求在预防性试验规范中进行。变压器直流电阻不均衡率的高低对其性能的影响至关重要。直流电阻试验是为了防止绕组导线断裂、接头焊接、接触不良、匝间短路等问题在运输、安装和运行过程中发生,检查绕组质量和回路完整性。干式变压器的直流电阻不平衡率,也影响着正常运行中变压器高低压侧电流、电压等数据参数。
As a renewable,pollution-free clean energy source,wind energy has invested heavily in solving problems such as economic and social progress,resource and environmental coordination,and wind energy power generation under the impact of increasingly exhausted fossil fuels and as mankind pays more attention to the deterioration of the global environment.A large amount of money has been invested to develop new and renewable energy sources.Because there is no oil,there will be no problems such as fire,explosion,and pollution,and loss and noise have been reduced to a new level.Therefore,an important equipment in the wind turbine is the dry-type transformer,which is widely used in the power generation system of new energy wind turbines.The DC resistance inspection of dry-type transformers is required to be carried out in the preventive test specifications.The imbalance rate of DC resistance of a transformer is crucial to its performance.The DC resistance test is to prevent problems such as winding wire breakage,joint welding,poor contact,and inter-turn short circuits from occurring during transportation,installation and operation,and to check the winding quality and circuit integrity.The DC resistance imbalance rate of dry-type transformers also affects data parameters such as current and voltage on the high and low voltage sides of the transformer during normal operation.
