摘要

某下承式预应力混凝土系杆拱,由于拱肋裂缝、吊索刮痕、锚具锈蚀等病害众多,开展吊杆更换专项施工.该文主要基于吊杆更换工程实例,对系杆拱桥吊杆更换展开详细研究,主要探讨吊杆更换的设计原则、施工流程和监控内容,并利用有限元分析软件MIDAS进行建模分析,模拟封闭交通情况下吊杆切割后临时吊索失效时的索力与变形,验算吊杆更换施工的安全性.最后,根据现场实际施工过程,描述工程实施的具体效果并提出若干建议.

Abstract

A through prestressed concrete tied arch carried out special construction to replace the suspender due to numerous diseases such as cracks in the arch rib,scratches on the sling,and corrosion of the anchorage.This paper mainly conducts a detailed study on the replacement of hangers in a tied arch bridge based on the example of a hanger replacement project,mainly discusses the design principles,construction process and monitoring content of the replacement of hangers;and uses the finite element analysis software MIDAS to conduct modeling and analysis to simulate the cable force and deformation when the temporary sling fails after the suspension is cut under closed traffic conditions,and checks the safety of the replacement construction of the suspension.Finally,according to the actual construction process on site,the specific effects of project implementation are described and several suggestions are put forward.
