As a cigarette packaging machine produced by FOCKE Company in Germany,FX2 cigarette packaging machine is the main machine model used by Kunming Cigarette Factory to produce YunYan(super slims Yunlong).In the production process,the FX2 packaging machine is always easy to block the inner frame transportation,and the inner frame transversal transport belt is very easy to damage or break when the blocking situation occurs.In this thesis,the causes of frequent damage of inner frame transversal transport belt were analyzed,and the inner frame transversal transport track was improved.The inner frame transversal transport track provides effective support for the transversal transport belt in the event of blocking and deformation,and improve the service life of the transversal transport belt,thus reducing cost and increasing efficiency for enterprises.
