淤泥固化填筑路基施工技术在滨海地区的应用

该文以滨海地区某市政道路为例,探究淤泥固化填筑路基施工技术的应用。该工程中选用由水泥、石灰和V粉按照5∶2∶2 质量比组合成的固化剂,掺量为淤泥质量的 14%。在排水降水和场地平整的基础上,摊铺淤泥并撒上固化剂,使用拌合机将2 种材料充分拌匀后,再次摊平并分别使用双钢轮压路机、胶轮压路机进行多次碾压。然后进行压实度、平整度等指标的检测,结果表明各项指标均达到相关标准。最后使用石灰土进行路基顶面封层,防止路基结构层与淤泥固化填筑路基中间形成"软弱层",进一步提高淤泥固化填筑路基的承载力。
This paper takes a municipal road in a coastal area as an example to explore the application of silt solidification and subgrade filling construction technology.In this project,a curing agent composed of cement,lime and V powder was selected in a mass ratio of 5∶2∶2,and the mixing amount was 14%of the mass of the sludge.On the basis of drainage,precipitation and site leveling,spread the silt and sprinkle it with a curing agent.After fully mixing the two materials with a mixer,they are leveled again and rolled multiple times using a double steel wheel roller and a rubber-wheel roller respectively.Then indicators such as compaction and flatness were tested,and the results showed that all indicators met relevant standards.Finally,lime soil is used to seal the top surface of the subgrade to prevent the formation of a"weak layer"between the subgrade structural layer and the silt cured and filled subgrade,and further improve the bearing capacity of the silt cured and filled subgrade.
