中药羌活的研究进展

摘要
中药羌活是羌活(Hansenia weberbaueriana SP)或宽叶羌活(Hansenia forbesii)的干燥根茎及根.该药材具有清热、抗风湿、镇痛功效,主要用于治疗风湿、头痛、感冒等症状.近年来,由于羌活具有良好的开发前景,国内外对该植物的化学成分和生理活性进行了大量的研究.本文从羌活资源分布、化学成分、药理及临床作用、栽培繁育等方面进行综述,以期为野生羌活资源保护及可持续开发与利用提供参考.
Abstract
The Chinese medicine Hanseniaweberbaueriana is the dried rhizome and root of Hanseniaweberbaueriana or Hanseniaforbesii.The medicine has heat-clearing,anti-rheumatism,and analgesia effects.It is mainly used to treat rheumatism,headache,cold and other symptoms.In recent years,in the face of the good research and development prospects of Hanseniaweberbaueriana,a great deal of research has been carried out both at home and abroad on the chemical composition and biophysiological activities of the plant.A detailed review of the distribution of Hanseniaweberbaueriana resources,chemical composition,pharmacology and clinical effects,cultivation and breeding of Hanseniaweberbaueriana was carried out to review the research overview of the plant,which could provide a reference for the protection of wild Hanseniaweberbaueriana resources as well as the sustainable development and utilization of the plant.
