摘要
羊肚菌(Morchella esculenta)是羊肚菌科羊肚菌属真菌.是食药兼用菌,其香味独特、营养丰富,富含多种人体需要的营养物质.本文从羊肚菌的资源分布、菌株培养、人工栽培、采收及采后加工等方面进行概述,以期对羊肚菌资源保护及可持续开发与利用提供参考.
Abstract
Morchella esculenta is Morchella genus of fungi of Morchella family.It's an edible and medicinal fungus,which have unique fragrance and rich in many nutrients of human.The paper summarized the resource distribution,strain culture,artificial cultivation,harvest and post-harvest processing of morel mushroom in order to provide reference for the protection and sustainable development and utilization of morel mushroom resources.
