STUDY ON THE SOIL PHYSICOCHEMICAL PROPERTIES OF ZHASHAN IN THE MULI MINING AREA
To understand the reconstruction of soil physicochemical properties in the ecological restoration area of Zhashan in themulimining area, wemonitored soil nutrients, soilmoisture content, soil bulkdensity, soil temperature, and electrical conductivity. The results indicate that:① The nutrient content of soils in various mining areas is generallymoderate tohigh. The total nitrogen content in the soils ranges from 1.98 to 5.32g/kg,with overall richness.Except for the lower alkali-nitrogen content on the slope of theduosou Gongmamining area, the rest are relatively high, with the alkali-nitrogen content of Polyhymnia 3 reaching an exceptionally high average of 227.33 mg/kg.Total phosphorus in the soil is between 1.21~1.94 g/kg,generally in themedium to high range. The available phosphorus content in Jiangcang 2 and Polyhymnia 3 ishigh or extremelyhigh, ranging from 25.83 to 79.20mg/kg.Total potassium content in the soil is extremelyhigh, all exceeding 20 g/kg,while available potassium, except forduosou Gongma,is extremelyhigh in the othermining areas, ranging from218.33 to581.67mg/kg.Soil organicmatter is extremelyhigh, ranging from 87.68 to205.14 g/kg.Theduosou Gongmamining areahas lower total phosphorus, available phosphorus, available potassium, and organicmatter compared to othermining areas, with average values of 6.58mg/kg,148.83mg/kg,and 90.87 g/kg,respectively.② Soils in allmining areas are weakly alkaline, with platform soilshavinghighermoisture content than slope soils.③ Soil temperature and electrical conductivity in allmining areas show fluctuating increases.Soil temperature remained below 0℃ beforemarch 8 and above 0℃ after April 30,while soil electrical conductivity remained relatively stable before April 30.Soil nutrient status has improved through soil reconstruction in themining area.
