EFFECTS OF MICROBIAL FERTILIZER ON SEED GERMINATION OF THREE GRAMINEOUS FORAGES
In order to explore the effect of microbial fertilizer on the germination of gramineous forage seeds, different concentrations of microbial fertilizer were set up to carry out germination experiments on three different gramineous forage seeds, and their effects on the germination of forage seeds were observed. The results showed that the microbial fertilizer had a certain degree of inhibitory effect on the germination rate, germination potential and germination index of the other two gramineous forage seeds except Poa pratensis cv.Qinghai.For Poa pratensis cv.Qinghai, except for the high concentration of some bacterial fertilizer, the germination potential of the other experimental groups showed a promoting effect, and the germination rate and germination index showed a promoting effect as a whole.Microbial fertilizer inhibited the seed germination of Elymus nutans and Festuca sinensis cv.Qinghai, but promoted the seed germination of Poa pratensis cv.Qinghai.
