EXTRACTION OF IRIDOID GLYCOSIDES FROM ETHANOL-AMMONIUM SULFATE AQUEOUS TWO—PHASE SYSTEM AND VERIFICATION OF ITS ACTIVITY
Iridoid terpenes were extracted from ethanol-ammonium sulfate aqueous two-phase system with different mass fractions, and the content of iridoid terpenes was determined by using 8-O-acetylgeniposide methyl ester as standard. And its anti-inflammatory effect was verified by cell experiment. Results when the content of ethanol was 28%and the content of ammonium sulfate was 22%,the yield of iridoid glycosides could reach 327.14mg/g.And the results verified by in vitro cell anti-inflammatory experiments showed that the obtained active site of iridoid glycosides could significantly reduce the inflammation level of RAW264.7 macrophages at different doses(P<0.05).Aqueous two-phase extraction can can effectively enrich the iridoid glycosides in Lamiophlomis rotata, and the effect is significant.
