摘要
裹体灌注桩采用的土工复合材料布袋(以下称为"防腐布袋")具有高抗渗防水、高强度、耐磨损、抗腐蚀性、寿命长等特性.结合灌注桩施工工艺,经现场多种对桩体混凝土外部包裹施工方法安全性、可靠性、经济性比对,制定和优化"裹体法"施工方法.详细阐述了盐渍土地基防腐蚀裹体混凝土灌注桩典型施工方法,并在工程中实际应用,取得了显著的经济和社会效益.
Abstract
The geotextile composite material cloth bag(hereinafter referred to as"anti—corrosion cloth bag")used for wrapped cast—in—place piles has characteristics such as high impermeability and waterproofing,high strength,wear resistance,corrosion resistance,and long service life.By combining the construction technology of cast—in—place piles and comparing the safety,reliability,and economy of various external wrapping construction methods for pile concrete on site,the"wrapping method"construction method is formulated and optimized.This paper elaborates on the typical construction method of corrosion—resistant wrapped concrete cast—in—place piles in saline soil foundation,and has achieved significant economic and social benefits through practical application in engineering.
