摘要

调相机冷却水系统是调相机重要组成部分,冷却水系统的正常运行至关重要.调相机外冷水系统分为闭式外冷水系统和开式外冷水系统.从冷却效果、投资、水资源、气温等方面对比了开式外冷水和闭式外冷水,阐述了调相机外冷水系统的选型原则.针对外冷水系统的选型在设计、运行、管理中仍存在一些问题,提出了有针对性的整改措施,可有效提高外冷水系统的可靠性,为调相机外冷水系统的设计和选型提供参考.

Abstract

The cooling water system of the condenser is an important part of the camera,the normal operation of the cooling water system is very important.The external cooling water system of the condenser is divided into closed external cooling water system and open external cooling water system.This paper compares open and closed external cooling water from the aspects of cooling effect,investment,water resource and air temperature,and expounds the selection principle of external cooling water system of condenser conditioner.In view of the problems existing in the design,operation and management of the external cooling water system,this paper puts forward some pertinent rectification measures,which can effectively improve the reliability of the external cooling water system,it provides a reference for the design and selection of the external cooling water system of the condenser.
