剪刀撑缺陷对架空输电线路架线毛竹脚手架承载稳定性分析

通过ANSYS有限元软件建立架空输电线路架线毛竹脚手架模型,分别对水平剪刀撑缺陷、沿线路方向竖直剪刀撑缺陷和垂直线路方向竖直剪刀撑缺陷,共 3 种情况,每种情况细化为外层、里层和全部层 3种工况进行承载稳定性分析.结果表明:剪刀撑缺陷当中,影响架线脚手架稳定性最大因素是垂直线路方向竖直剪刀撑缺失,其中外层最为关键.
Analysis of Bearing Stability of Bamboo Scaffolding for Overhead Transmission Line with Scissors Bracing Defect
based on the finite element software ANSYS,the bamboo scaffolding model of overhead transmission line was established,and the defects of horizontal scissor bracing,vertical scissor bracing along the line and vertical scissor bracing along the line were analyzed,there are 3 cases,each case is subdivided into outer layer,inner layer and all layers for load-bearing stability analysis.The results show that the most important factor affecting the stability of the scaffolding is the lack of vertical shears in the direction of the line,and the outer layer is the most important.
