换流变压器(换流变)的现场试验具有工期短、工作量大的特点.现场作业人员通常需要进行大量的前期准备工作,相关试验的方案具有很大优化空间;针对换流变现场空载试验难点问题,提出了采用 2 阶高通滤波器对励磁电流进行滤波以解决测量波形畸变的问题;针对前期的消磁试验,介绍了一种不拆引线的试验接线方案;此外,还对换流变特殊性诊断试验如套管频域介电响应试验、阀侧套管分压器精度测量试验和分接开关的机械特性试验进行了简要介绍.实践应用和仿真分析表明,所提换流变的现场空载试验优化方案是有效的,对换流变部分特殊性诊断试验的介绍和推广应用,可以帮助运维人员及时发现换流变潜在的缺陷.
Optimization Research and Application of Field Electrical Test of Converter Transformer
The on-site tests of the converter transformer(converter transformer)have the characteristics of short duration and large workload.The on-site personnel usually need to do a lot of preliminary preparation work,and the schemes for related tests have great optimization space.Based on the problem of the difficulty of the on-site open-circuit test of the converter transformer,a 2nd-order high-pass filter is proposed to filter the excitation current to solve the problem of distorted measurement waveform.For the preliminary demagnetization test,an unplugged test connection scheme is introduced.In addition,a brief introduction is given to the special diagnostic tests of the converter transformer,such as the capacitor frequency domain dielectric response test,the valve side capacitor divider accuracy measurement test,and the mechanical characteristic test of the switch.The practical application and simulation analysis show that the on-site open-circuit test optimization scheme proposed for the converter transformer is effective.The introduction and application of the special diagnostic tests of the converter transformer can help the maintenance personnel to detect potential defects in time..
