摘要

选取2022年、2023年三次青海电网大频差扰动期间两台一次调频动作不合格的水电机组进行研究,同时选取不合格机组一次调频试验数据以及 2024 年动作合格数据进行分析,探明前三次大频差扰动期间机组一次调频动作不合格原因,同时为水电机组后续一次调频试验以及考核评价方法提出建议.

Abstract

A study was conducted on two 2023 hydropower units whose primary frequency modulation(FFM)operations were not up to standard during 2022 and three times of large frequency difference disturbances in Qinghai power grid,at the same time,the data of the first FM test and the qualified data of the 2024 operation of the unqualified units were analyzed to find out the reasons for the unqualified first FM operation of the units during the first three large frequency difference disturbances,at the same time,some suggestions are put forward for the following frequency modulation test and the evaluation method.
