During the annual overhaul of a converter station,the hidden dangers of converter were investigated and found that a converter oil pillow capsule was leaking and the gas content in the oil exceeded the standard.It was found that the top of the capsule inside the oil pillow was broken,but the inner part of the capsule did not enter the insulating oil.Therefore,the reason analysis is carried out from three aspects:the capsule does not enter the insulating oil,the causes of capsule leakage,and the factory verification analysis.
