Application of High-resolution Satellite Imagery in Route Engineering
Acquiring high-resolution satellite images and high-precision digital elevation models through aerial photogrammetry technology, and producing large-scale top maps, compensate for the limitations of traditional photogrammetry due to regional and airspace constraints.Taking the line project as an example, this paper uses 125 m resolution remote sensing images to illustrate how to use high-resolution satellite image data to generate three-dimensional large scenes for power line alignment, optimization, and section. This method provides rich and accurate data for the feasibility study, preliminary design, and construction drawing positioning of the line project. In addition, the accuracy analysis of field measurement control points in the example project shows that high-resolution satellite images have good advantages in power transmission line projects.
