防止线路过载保护误动及紧急控制方法研究

为防止潮流转移引起过载保护误动造成连锁跳闸,提出一种快速判别过载由潮流转移引起的方法及线路过载紧急控制措施.利用直流潮流法计算潮流转移后线路功率,比较潮流转移差异度和阻抗角,判别过载是否由潮流转移引起,若是,则闭锁保护.而后根据功率灵敏度及同心松弛原理,快速确定减载效果最好的控制节点组,采用反向等量调整法,快速消除线路过载,有效减少了计算量.在IEEE39 节点系统中对本文方法的正确性和优越性进行了验证.
Research on Preventing False Tripping of Line Overload Protection and Emergency Control Methods
In order to prevent the maloperation of overload protection caused by power flow transfer from leading to cascading tripping,a method quickly identifying whether the overload is caused by power flow transfer and an emergency control measure for line overload are proposed.The line power after the power flow transfer is calculated the DC power flow method,and the power flow transfer difference and impedance angle are compared to determine whether the overload is caused by power flow transfer.If it is the protection is locked.Then,according to the power sensitivity and the principle of concentric relaxation,the group of control nodes with the best load reduction effect is determined,and the line overload is quickly eliminated by using the method of reverse equal adjustment,which effectively reduces the amount of computation.The cor-rectness and superiority of the method are verified in the IEEE39 bus system.
