摘要

针对某换流站外冷水处理多次出现的反渗透膜频繁堵塞问题开展研究分析.通过进水水质分析、保安过滤器滤芯分析、运行数据分析、膜片分析等得出:反渗透膜前加药定值偏大和保安过滤器滤芯失效.

Abstract

This paper presents a study and analysis of the frequent blockage of reverse osmosis membranes in the external cooling water treatment system of converter station.Through water quality analysis,security filter cartridge analysis,operation data analysis,and membrane analysis,it is concluded that the dosage setting before the reverse osis membrane is too high and the security filter cartridge is ineffective.
