摘要
组部件的正确安装是保证GIS断路器可靠运行的基础,各组部件安装工艺对运行断路器的机械性能有着至关重要的影响.介绍一起 750 kV GIS断路器在热备用状态下出现异音振动的缺陷,通过现场超声波局放检测、声纹检测和X射线检测大致确定了缺陷位置,断路器返厂解体检查,发现支撑绝缘子顶部等电位弹簧安装不到位,对安装不到位的原因进一步检查和分析,并结合振动仿真计算,明确了异音振动原因,提出了改进措施,对相似缺陷分析处理及同结构超、特高压断路器厂内装配工艺改进提供了思路.
Abstract
The correct installation of components is the foundation for ensuring the reliable operation of GIS circuit breakers,and the installation technology of each has a crucial impact on the mechanical performance of the operating circuit breakers.This paper presents a case of abnormal noise and vibration in a 750 k GIS circuit breaker in hot standby state.The defect location was roughly determined by on-site ultrasonic partial discharge detection,sound pattern detection,and X-ray detection.circuit breaker was returned to the factory for disassembly inspection,and it was found that the equipotential spring at the top of the supporting insulator was not installed.Further inspection and analysis were conducted on the reasons for the improper installation,and combined with vibration simulation calculations,the cause of the abnormal noise and vibration clarified.Improvement measures were proposed,providing ideas for the analysis and handling of similar defects and the improvement of assembly technology for ultra-high and extra-high voltage circuit break with the same structure in the factory.
