Study on Optimal Disassembly Section of Regional Power Grid Considering Primary Frequency Modulation Constraint and Electrolytic Aluminum Load Characteristics
Section disassembly is an important measure to prevent chain failures and accidents from expanding when serious faults occur in power grid.Reasonable determination of disassembly points is the core of section disassembly control. For this reason,a search method for optimal disassembly section of regional power grid is proposed, which takes into account the primary frequency modulation performance of conventional units and the load regulation characteristics of electrolytic aluminum.First, the primary frequency modulation response model and the electrolytic aluminum load regulation model of thermal power units are established, the frequency change rate of the system and the lowest frequency constraint are derived, and the island connectivity constraint after the de-alignment is added, and the optimal section de-alignment search model of regional power grid is constructed with the goal of minimizing the adjustment cost after the de-alignment.Finally,an actual power network with a high proportion of electrolytic aluminum load is taken as an example to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model.
