燃气轮机多级进气滤网系统更换周期优化研究

进气滤网系统作为燃气轮机重要组成部分,能够有效减少污染物进入压气机,保障压气机效率.但是随着运行时间累积,滤网性能退化,最终导致燃气轮机功率下降及气耗率增加,因此需要适时更换滤芯.以滤网全生命周期内单位发电量滤网更换成本最小为目标,提出了一种计算多级进气滤网系统最佳更换周期的方法.首先通过分析三级滤网压差历史数据,得出压差与时间的关系,然后建立功率损失及气耗率与压降的关系,最后搭建多级滤网更换周期优化模型,同时通过敏感性分析了上网电价、滤网成本、燃料价格对更换周期影响程度.研究结果表明:在当前边界条件下,预过滤器、精过滤器、高效过滤器随着更换周期的增加,更换成本先降低后增加,存在最小极值点;且优化后的单位发电量滤网更换成本低于实际执行更换成本,具有明显的经济性;另外,敏感性分析表明:上网电价、滤网成本对更换周期影响较大,燃料价格影响较小;上网电价及燃料价格上涨,最佳更换周期缩短,而滤网成本增加,最佳更换周期延长.因此,对于空气进气系统,电厂应采用以滤网全生命周期内单位发电量更换成本最小为目标更换滤网,以满足电厂经济性需求,同时电厂应根据自身实际情况,计算最佳更换周期.
Study on Replacement Cycle Optimization of Gas Turbine Multistage Intake Ffilter System
As an important part of gas turbine,air intake filter system can effectively reduce pollutants into compressor and ensure compressor efficiency.However,with the accumulation of running time,the performance of the filter screen deteriorates,which eventually leads to the decrease of gas turbine power and the increase of gas consumption rate,so the filter element needs to be replaced timely.Aiming at the minimum replacement cost per unit power generation in the whole life cycle of filter,a method for calculating the optimal replacement period of multistage air intake filter system is proposed.Firstly,the relationship between pressure difference and time was obtained by analyzing the historical data of pressure difference of three-stage filter,and then the relationship between power loss and gas consumption rate and pressure drop was established.Finally,the optimization model of multistage filter replacement cycle was established.Meanwhile,the influence degree of on-grid electricity price,filter cost and fuel price on replacement cycle was analyzed through sensitivity.The results show that under the current boundary conditions,the replacement cost of pre-filter,fine filter and high efficiency filter decreases first and then increases with the increase of replacement cycle,and there is a minimum extreme point.And the optimized filter replacement cost per unit power generation is lower than the actual replacement cost,which has obvious economy;In addition,the sensitivity analysis shows that the on-grid electricity price and the filter cost have a greater impact on the replacement cycle,while the fuel price has a smaller impact.The price of feed-in electricity and fuel increases,and the optimal replacement cycle is shortened,while the cost of the filter increases,and the optimal replacement cycle is extended.Therefore,for the air intake system,the power plant should replace the filter with the minimum replacement cost per unit of power generation during the life cycle of the filter,so as to meet the economic needs of the power plant,and the power plant should calculate the best replacement cycle according to its actual situation.
