为保证燃煤机组锅炉表盘风量的准确,需对其进行冷态风量标定.以某机组二次风冷态风量标定为例,分别根据冷热态气流差压相等(动量相等)、风速相等、质量流量相等计算冷态标定参数.由计算结果可知,不同冷热态风量的气流流动相似,风量修正系数一致,只进行一个工况的冷态风量标定即可.但为验证测量装置的线性相关性需进行多个工况的冷态风量标定,且以冷热态气流差压相等选择冷态风量标定工况为宜,即冷态风量质量流量约为热态风量质量流量的 1.4 倍.实际测试中冷热态不同工况风量修正系数不一致的主要原因是风门开度不同.
Selection Method of Cold Air Volume Calibration
In order to ensure the accuracy of the air volume of the boiler dial of coal-fired units,it is necessary to calibrate the cold air volume.Taking the calibration of secondary air-cooled air volume of a unit as an example,the calibration parameters of cold state were calculated according to the equal differential pressure(equal momentum),equal wind speed and equal mass flow.It can be seen from the calculation results that the air flow of different cold and hot air volumes is similar,and the air volume correction coefficient is consistent.It is only necessary to calibrate the cold air volume in one working condition.However,in order to verify the linear correlation of the measuring device,cold air volume calibration under several working conditions should be carried out,and it is appropriate to select cold air volume calibration conditions with the difference pressure of cold and hot air flow equal,that is,cold air volume mass flow is about 1.4 times of hot air volume mass flow.The main reason for the inconsistency of air volume correction coefficient in different cold and hot conditions in the actual test is the different opening of the damper.
