Failure Analysis of a 10 kV Fully Enclosed Isolation Switch
The fracture reason of a 10 kV fully enclosed isolation switch was analyzed by means of chemical composition detection,microscopic morphology detection,metallographic detection,mechanical properties detection and fracture morphology analysis.It was concluded that the main reason for the fracture was the existence of a large number of pores in the rotating shaft of the switch.In addition,in order to prevent the failure of the isolation switch from happening again,specific suggestions are put forward.
