Study on the removal of intestinal pathogens by the technology of three-stage integrated micro-power anaerobic biophysical coupling wastewater treatment
The domestic wastewater from cold and arid regions in northwest China is taken as re-search object to address the issue of excessive levels of intestinal pathogens in the wastewater. The technology of three-stage integrated micro-power anaerobic biophysical coupling wastewater treat-ment is adopted to explore the optimal removal conditions for Total Coliform(TC)and Fecal Coli-form(FC),as well as the correlation between TC and FC with other environmental indicators. The results show that the optimal parameters for the technology are suspended ball packing,HRT of 48 hours, temperature of 10~20 ℃ and pH of 6~7.TC and FC have a significant or extremely signifi-cant positive correlation with most indicators. The average removal rates of TC and FC are 84.77%and 84.63%respectively during the operation of the device. There is also a positive correlation be-tween TC and FC with other environmental indicators. It is indicated that the device can effectively remove the pathogens from domestic wastewater in the northwest region with good operating effects.
